On July 18, 2019, the Senate Judiciary Committee passed S. 1273, the Copyright Alternative in Small-Claims Enforcement Act of 2019 (CASE Act), legislation that will provide U.S. creators with a viable means for defending their copyrighted works through the creation of a small claims tribunal within the U.S. Copyright Office.
The bill was co-sponsored in the Senate by Sens. John Kennedy (R-LA), Thom Tillis (R-NC), Dick Durbin (D-IL), and Mazie Hirono (D-HI). Original House co-sponsors include: HJC Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY) and HJC IP Subcommittee Chairman Hank Johnson (D-GA), as well as Martha Roby (R-AL), Judy Chu (D-CA), Ben Cline (R-VA), Ted Lieu (D-CA), and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA).
The legislation creates a voluntary small claims board within the Copyright Office that will provide copyright owners with an alternative to the expensive process of bringing copyright claims, including infringement and misrepresentation under 512(f), in federal court. This new board, called the Copyright Claims Board (CCB), would allow recovery in each case of up to $30,000 in damages total, with a cap of $15,000 in statutory damages per work infringed.

Time is just about over trying to share the Gospel on the web. Many conservatives have left the web since the war on Christians began in 2012. We had 70,000 articles suddenly deleted. We started over and spiritual warfare increased in many ways. Getty wanted us to pay for a half a picture $1,000 they had the other half and proved it had come from them. Since we are non-profit they settled for $500 as an example. This is real for us. This whole issue is going to make people a lot of free money.
We deleted all book covers in our bookstore to make sure they were not copyrighted and sold to publishers. We had an experience with that. A publisher sent us a new cover for one of our books and research revealed that the cover was copyrighted in China, again costing us since they would not refund the money we had already given them. Just so you know what the next minefield is all about.
This blog ‘Urgent2tenvirgins.com’ was set up in response to the channel: ‘Rapture at Twilight’. Cephas Ministry is a ‘Discernment Ministry’ which means that we expose false teachers. To do that we have to participate to find out where they go wrong.
In this case it was almost undetectable who was behind the ministry. ‘Rapture at Twilight’ messages seemed inspiring to believers to get closer to reading the Bible daily as well as prayer. Jesus warned us many times about the days we are in, that many are going to be deceived without even realizing it. Matthew 7:15 “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.”
I’m not implying that Christine in the UK, who developed the YouTube channel, is a ravenous wolf but I believe she believed that she was getting the mystery of the parallel Passover straight from God Himself and very upset when the Rapture didn’t happen on July 17, 2019. The problem was that Scripture cannot be contradictory to itself. It has to remain consistent or we cannot depend on it. Jesus is presented as the Word of God and the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth.
Satan is very real and is interested in bringing believers to a point of giving up on the Gospel. People don’t like to be fooled. They lose friends, coworkers and family members. They lose their credibility. That is what Satan is after. He wants to divide and conquer. I know because it happened to my family and myself.
During the Cuban Crisis in the late 1960s, I worked for a large hospital in Miami that was in process of being taken over by Cubans. My boss promised me a better job in payroll. A young Cuban wanted that job and knew how to attack with witchcraft. As I was standing by the desk, he came close to me and I suddenly felt like I was hit by lightening. I began experiencing the demonic level from which we are generally protected.
This is a long story and to make it short, I left home and driving back to Denver, I stopped in a motel and found a Bible in the nightstand. It opened to David’s Psalm 35 and to my amazement he was sharing his problems with God. I had tried to read the Bible but couldn’t make much sense out of it. This experience made me realize the Bible was written for me personally.
The next day on the road I was led to an encounter with the Word literally embracing me with Scripture to restore my confidence that I would be alright. Psalms 23:1-6 <<A Psalm of David.>> “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.”
I knew no doctor could help me since this experience was not on a human level. I knew enough to simply keep praying the Lord’s prayer over and over. I decided to sleep in the car on a farm and collapsed. I woke to the sound of rushing water like a water fall. A cloud was over my entire body like a hand. As many have related had death experiences in which people are taken through their lives to reveal one’s motivations to acts. I thought pretty well of myself, but what was revealed to me was that it was all simply vanity, in other words wanting to be liked. That was not God’s goal for my future.
Next I was shown a vision of humanity in darkness ignoring God in Heaven. I was instantly healed and told that I was sealed and would never experience anything like I had again. There was no voice but a comprehension of what was related to me and to believe it. The final understanding was that I would be used at some capacity in the future. All I could think of: what do I have to offer, why me?
What I realized was that I had literally met God who was communicating with me without sound. I went into ecstasy for many months far greater than I had ever experienced. I began painting to try to relate the experiences to others. In those days they had shopping malls where artists marketed their paintings on weekends. Mine weren’t for sale but had verses on the frames to explain what the message was from the paintings.
Of course Satan got busy. The shows had to stop and I had to be lied into a Church supposedly belonging to Jesus Christ and His Latter-day Saints. I had never heard of the Mormons and was expecting God to be watching over me and not let that happen. I had a limited understanding of the Bible, did not research the church. The missionaries are trained from 3 years of age how to deal with Christians and answer their questions to keep them believing that it is the only true restored church.
The Temples are the big secret and to participate meant one had to comply in other words be a good steward and obey. I was told to stop showing my spiritual paintings. I began my career, which coincided with this moment in time. God had plans for me, which had to be financially supported by me.
There is no teaching in Mormonism of the Gospel for converts. They get jobs to do that keep them out of classes to keep them from finding out what the church is about. I had four jobs plus visiting families every month. I was starving for Scripture and began listening to radio and TV teachers and was suddenly filled with a desire to saturate myself with the Bible for three years in depth.
Twenty years later I found a little book in a Bible bookstore that ended Mormonism. I retired from my job unexpectedly but through a miracle with full retirement and began the fulfillment of God’s promise to use me. That was the beginning of Cephas Ministry in 1992.
The reason I brought this up is Christine in the UK. She shared quite a bit of her life and some of it reminded me of myself. How do we learn but by experiences. We need to look at life from God’s perspective and truly understand what God is trying to do with us. He reveals it to us by the spoonfuls. That’s the only way we can handle it. I think of it as marriage, if we knew what was going to happen we would run in the other direction.
I got proof today that we have arrived and need to let you know that Christine keeps trying to figure out how it all comes together with her prophesy. It is so complicated that she is having problems to trying to figure it out herself. We are watchmen / women and keep after information trying to get to the answer we are looking for.
I just got done with the http://www.midnight-call.com which addresses the 7 Noahide Laws that will be established to find idol worshippers which will be forbidden and punished with beheadings. Born again believers are considered to be idol worshippers. The blog explains the details. This blog “A MUST SEE FOR ALL”; WHY? People who have not received Jesus Christ as their Savior still have a chance to make that commitment after the Rapture. Many will be left behind not to worry there is still a chance to go to heaven, since the truth will be confirmed. Their friends, neighbors and family members who have been warning them will be gone.
